The video starts off with the singer in an abandoned bar playing her guitar. And then, she goes intoa dream sequence where she imagines herself performing her song in front of a crowd of people while sporting a 90s like Lilith Flair look.
Finally// Beautiful Stranger is a guitar driven track that tells the story of Halsey meeting a guy for the first time and then immediately starts falling in love with him. This song is most likely about her boyfriend at the time, Yungblud.
She opens up the first verse with the lyrics:

I am loving the fact that my girl Halsey wrote and sang her first ever love song. I am so used to her writing songs about her bisexuality, past relationships and bipolar disorder. I believe that Finally// Beautiful Stranger is the singer's best song from the Manic era. Hands down!!
